Lemon, Mint, Ginger and Pineapple Tea
It's therapy Thursday again and this week's weight loss recipe is brought to you by My Thirty Spot. This Lemon, Mint, Ginger and Pineapple tea will help raise your core temperature, burn calories and improve digestion.
Ingredients chopped pieces of pineapple mint leaves water pieces of ginger root lemon juice (1 tsp)
Method Blend the first four ingredients, strain, and then add to lemon juice. Stir and drink. This is a great iced tea.
