It's Therapy Thursday and I have found a simple nutritious recipe for Nausea Popsicles by Lou Lou Girls. These are easy and quick to whip up and have in the fridge for when your bubba is making your tummy queasy. The recipe is also a guideline that you can alter to your own taste.
Ingredients 3 cups strawberries 2 bananas 1 cup blueberries 1 cup apple juice 1 cup yogurt, vanilla 2 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
Method 1. Wash and cut up fruit, and add to the blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth. 3. Pour into popsicle molds (or an ice tray if you forget to buy the popsicle molds…) 4. Freeze!
